Debbie is the founder and CEO of Debbie Howard Equine Insurance. She is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent.

Debbie spent over 10 years in the veterinary medicine industry contributing to the success of a very established veterinarian practice. Exceptional customer service is one of Debbie’s strongest attributes, and she has been doing just that for 30 plus years!

She was born and raised in Georgia and currently lives in Watkinsville, which is just south of Athens, home of the Georgia Bulldogs. 

Debbie's journey with horses has been a lifelong passion deeply intertwined in her roots, beginning in her childhood, visiting her grandfather’s farm, where he shared with her his passion for horses. Over the years, this passion blossomed into a lifelong pursuit that has seen her evolve from an enthusiastic young rider to a competitor in equine sports.

When Debbie is not spending time in her flower garden or with her family, she can be found competing throughout the southeast at NRHA shows or cheering on her youngest daughter, Presley, competing in the jumping arena on her beloved warmblood, Arco.
